All purchase orders shall by issued by the Procurement Division of Powertech
Technology Inc. (PTI).No individual employee of PTI is authorized to issue any purchase
orders on behalf of PTI. All deliverable shall be delivered to the "Warehouse Dept."
of PTI, not an individual employee of PTI. If any deliverable is delivered (1) without
a purchase order issued by PTI Procurement Division,and/or (2) to an individual
employee of PTI without acceptance by PTI Warehouse Dept., such delivery is deemed
and considered as an individual transaction between the seller/sender and the recipient/individual
employee,and PTI expressly disclaims any payment obligation and assumes no legal
liability for such transactions.
